The project is estimated to be about 500 hours of continuous work.

The individual will work closely with the company Training Manager but also with the Plant Training Coordinator and Safety, Health and Environmental professionals. The role is located in Blissfield, MI although some of the work may be done from a home office. On site work will be required for the subject matter expert interface; understanding the learning environment and project direction.

The work will start immediately and may grow beyond this project depending on success.

1. Strong knowledge and experience in formal instructional design in a manufacturing environment. 2. Experience designing any type of SH&E materials is very advantageous. 3. Good communication skills and an ability to relate to people at all levels of an organization.
