Job Description
Experienced learning professional with a technology orientation. Provides Sector support to the learning management system (LMS), learning database reporting, and related technologies. Provides functional support for enterprise LMS including testing, escalated end-user issues forwarded from LMS support team, and training of Sector LMS administrators. Provides consultation to Sector functional organization and training administrators on use of functionality, enhancement deisgn and prioritzation, and system process documentation. Works closely with Enterprise Learning Exchange (LX) / Saba Support team and contributes to Enterprise process decisions.

NOTES: North American Residents Only. Employer will assist with relocation costs

Requirements
5 years of related Learning & Development or LMS experience. Knowledge of fundamentals ISD principles; ability to understand large systems; ability to assess business need and provide solutions. Strong technology skills and demonstrated customer service skills. Analyzes, evaluates, modifies, configures, tests and implements enterprisewide purchased systems (e.g. SAP, PeopleSoft, etc.) Prepares application system specifications. Plans, implements and coordinates system upgrades, enhancements or maintenance. Typical Minimum Education / Experience: 5 Years with Bachelors in Science; 3 Years with Masters; 0 Years with PhD.
