Job Description |

|
Key Role: Consult with internal clients and conduct ongoing assessments of courseware and curricula against staff needs via gap analysis and needs analysis for the curriculum area. Oversee course design, development, and implementation when new courses are needed. Provide input to learning roadmaps and functional development framework and for determining the appropriate core curriculum for a program of study for each client and functional team so that the staff aligned to that functional area are able to meet performance standards and competency attainment. Leverage shared services to design and deliver customized training programs for staff and facilitate courses, as needed. Review course evaluation feedback to identify and address issues with course content, course delivery, or instructors. Assist with strategic planning and the development of delivery plans. Manage the adjunct pool for curriculum and identify opportunities for new instructor ramp-up.

Requirements |
|
|
Basic Qualifications: -8+ years of experience in a training or human resources environment -Experience with training delivery and instructional systems design and evaluation -Experience with project management -BA or BS degree Additional Qualifications: -Experience with needs analysis -Experience in a technical or functional training department preferred -Experience with identifying, designing, developing, and overseeing functional training curricula -Experience with project managing an external instructional designer or instructional design firm -MA or MS degree preferred; PhD degree a plus Integrating the full range of consulting capabilities, Booz Allen is the one firm that helps clients solve their toughest problems, working by their side to help them achieve their missions.
