Job Description
Under the direction and supervision of the Manager of Sales Training and Development, the Sales Trainer’s role is to assist in the design, implementation, and delivery of product and clinical procedure training for the Davol sales force.

Requirements
Essential Duties and Position Responsibilities: Assisting Manager of Sales Training with: •Design and implementation of training curriculum for new hire sales reps •Design and implementation of on-going training for tenured sales reps •Conducting in-house training courses in conjunction with marketing Product Managers •Revising content used in training to meet regulatory standards •Development, maintenance, and updating of sales training materials and content to reflect new techniques, products, changes in the market or sales goals •Function as Liaison with E-learning Specialist on web based training content •Function as Liaison with other departments with content and presentations included in sales training courses •Special projects as assigned

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills Required: •Bachelor’s Degree •2-5 Years training experience •Training experience in healthcare or medical device industry strongly preferred •Experience developing and facilitating adult training programs •Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills •Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills •Detail-oriented, creative, and energetic •Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously •Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
