We are currently seeking an experienced Senior E-Learning Specialist for our Corporate Training Department.

Job Description
As a Senior E-Learning Specialist, you will: • Design, develop, and deliver classroom training, including all course materials, exercises, and evaluations, on a range of topics, often involving, but not limited to, office automation • Design, develop, and implement Web-based courses • Coordinate and maintain the company’s Learning Management System (LMS) by posting and updating course materials and other information, and creating and running necessary reports • Provide administrative and training support for the LMS • Serve as general point of contact for JHHC’s Help Desk with respect to questions concerning the LMS • Design training based on Help Desk call trends, and serve as a resource to JHHC employees on effective usage of office automation tools

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Behavior Science, Information Technology, Instructional Systems Design or closely related field; Master’s preferred • Three years (minimum) of demonstrated training and development experience including elearning design, development, and implementation • Experience with training facilitation, needs analysis, and training evaluation • Use of authoring tools and related software • Familiarity with SCORM standards and overall instructional systems design • Proficient user of Microsoft Office
