Job Description
The Director will manage the coordination of training manuscripts with writers (in-house and contractors) based on technical materials to assure accurate representation of the data.

- Establish effective methods to deliver training materials utilizing creative applications that include written and programmed instruction, workshops and automated technology.

- Act as a liaison for internal and external stakeholders for coordination of training programs with home and field office personnel. Stakeholders are not limited to educational institutions and vendors that provide input on technical training materials and programs.

- Stay abreast of market trends in training and development in order to enhance future training programs through creative applications.

- Secure necessary approvals of all materials from the Sales Material Review Unit of Compliance Department.

- Conduct various focus groups with selected agents designated to ascertain course content materials and developmental needs and skills.

- Field Management or agent experience preferred.- FINRA Series 6,7,63 or 65 a plus- 5 to 10 years of applicable work experience.

- Development of training programs and materials.

- Experience in instructional Design is a must.

- Effective training and presentation skills.

- Excellent management, leadership and motivational skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Demonstrated use of computer systems and applications, including: Field Technology and microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Access).
