Baxter Healthcare has an excellent opportunity for an individual to be responsible for the design, implementation and coordination of specific training and development initiatives. Will also maintain systems for tracking, registration and evaluation of training compliance. Additional Responsibilities: • Develops training modules and materials based on needs assessments of skills required to perform jobs in the organization for new hires or current employees. Also conducts training sessions for new hires and current employees. • Play a critical role in the design, development, and implementation of computer-based training (CBT) tools. • Manages training documentation for all training courses administered and/or attended by staff. Reviews training records for completeness, currency, frequency, and compliance. • Assesses training and training program content adequacy and needs. Implements continuous improvements to training programs, curricula, offerings, forms and/or any other training related material. • Tracks and reports key quality indicators or training and employee participation and involvement. • Deliver feedback (and re-training as needed) to team members about their performance in a positive manner that reinforces/supports Baxter’s mission and that fosters teamwork • May also liaise with the information technology function on technological solutions to delivering training. • Use various Microsoft Office programs, ISOtrain Training Documentation Tracking Database, BPLM Documentation storage database, Articulate, etc.

Requirements |

• Incumbent must have demonstrated excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills • Must have the ability to prioritize multiple projects/workflow and manage time efficiently in order to meet established timelines • Attention to detail, good problem solving and analytical skills required. • Customer orientation, teamwork skills • Ability to actively commit to, support and participate in continuous improvement activities are necessary for success in this position • Good presentation and group facilitation skills • Incumbent must have knowledge of basic Adult Learning concepts. • Bachelor degree in Education, Human Resources or related field • 3-5 years Training experience Baxter assists healthcare professional and their patients with the treatment of complex medical conditions, including cancer, hemophilia, immune disorders, kidney disease and trauma.
